Sunday's T20 Blast

Yorkshire 132/7 v Birmingham 136/4 (Birmingham won by 6 wickets)

Yorkshire set a score of 132, with Jack Leaning scoring 45 and Aaron Finch adding 30.

Tim Bresnan (16) and Rich Pyrah (13 not out) added more runs to the total but Recordo Gordon's bowling figures of 3-30 limited the score.

Ian Bell (5) and Varun Chopra (3) saw Birmingham slip to a score of 15-2 early in the innings but William Porterfield's 49 put Birmingham in prime position to win.


Laurie Evans scored 32 not out before Tim Ambrose's wicket fell at 46, just one run before victory. Rikki Clarke came on to score the final runs of the day, firing the ball past the boundary.


Glamorgan 115/9 v Sussex 116/0 (Sussex won by 10 wickets)

Sussex have thrashed Glamorgan by 10 wickets in the Twenty20 Blast.

Glamorgan batted first and dropped three wickets early. Openers Jacques Rudolph and Craig Meschede both went for a duck, with Colin Ingram out for one.

Chris Cooke's 45 boosted Glamorgan's hopes of victory and Graham Wagg later added 18. Wayne Parnell scored 32 as Glamorgan completed their innings at 115-9.

Oliver Robinson's hat-trick saw him finish the innings with bowling figures of 3-16.

Chris Nash and Luke Wright led Sussex to victory after just 10 overs. Nash scored 53 from 39 balls, with Wright adding 59 from 36 balls with a run rate of 9.43.


The victory sees Sussex leapfrog Glamorgan into fourth in the South division.
